Construction of a new principal depot for Toowoomba Regional Council. 
Simultaneous delivery of multiple buildings across a 28 Ha Greenfield site, including a central operations building, three workshops, a central stores building, a nursery building and a SES depot.

A massive undertaking of in ground water and drainage infrastructure, including fire mains, rain water, potable water mains, sewer and stormwater.

A 130L/S dual fire pump booster system, including 540Kl of fire water storage.

This project had a large focus on water and energy efficiency, which included a huge rainwater reuse tank and water efficient fixtures and fittings which were installed in all buildings.

This project was delivered in an eight month period.
